THE REST OF THE HOUSE

What Is This?
Decay, My Dear is an episodic serial about a time-traveling band doing battle with the Silence.
A cheery open-mic night devotee, a woman who brings the sub-bass wherever she goes, a cat burglar with impeccable timing, and others they have yet to meet. Their manager and audio engineer: a retired cruise ship entertainment director. These improbable, accidental bandmates are flung through history by a cosmic clerical error. They want to go home. The universe needs them to fight the Silence—an entropic force eating history itself. A bureaucratic auditor named Gerald, assigned to oversee the operation, has become a victim of it. He also wants to go home. Meanwhile, their manager just wants to beat Steve's ska band in two weeks, whenever that was.
Updates: Irregular. New files released as cleared.
How to Read
Start with the Incident Log.
The Entity Files and Containment Catalog provide supplementary documentation where available. It is frequently unavailable.
File a Witness Report
If you have observed temporal anomalies, unauthorized performances, or suspicious cardboard boxes in your area, you may file a witness report.
Witness debriefings occur on Discord.
Known Leaks
Incident reports appear to be leaking to Bluesky.
In addition, a pirate holo-to-email broadcast in Silenced space has been detected at this location. DSP has subscribed to this "mailing list" in order to determine the scope of the leak.
DSP is working to identify the source of these unauthorized leaks. [GMRAT: They've assigned one staff member. Part time.]
This "about page" is a waste of resources. Civilians do not need access to classified documentation.
I have been ordered to participate in order to improve the optics of the DSP.
I remain unconvinced.
In addition, whoever is responsible for image reconstruction is doing a terrible job. Half of the containment files lack images, and none of the DSP/IR reconstructions resemble their subjects in the least. [GMRAT: The #ANG suffix is "accuracy not guaranteed," not "awful nonsensical garbage."]
